The line for producers has been created to meet the needs of those who want to expand their product range by introducing
new products based on truffles.
We offer a valuable support during the design and development phase of the recipe, in order to study and implement the
required product.
This line is designed for dairies, pasta and delicatessen products.
They are ready to use, the dosage depends on the% of truffles and the degree of flavor required.
The line includes whole, sliced, dried, frozen and truffle prepared already sterilized, differentiated on the basis of the
product in which they will be employed.
In addition to the standard line, we cooperate for the development of a customized semi-finished truffle product, so as
to create a unique recipe and processed for the production of a specific product required by our customers.
