 Food matching: Use to prepare delicious appetizers. Perfect with mature cheeses, first of all the aged cheese, but also with fresh ricotta cheese and pears. Excellent with salads and tropical fruits with almond or vanilla ice cream.

Abbinamenti: Da utilizzare per preparare deliziosi antipasti. Perfetto con formaggi ben stagionati, primo fra tutti il formaggio di fossa, ma anche con ricotta fresca e pere. Ottimo con macedonie di frutti tropicali e mandorle o con il gelato alla panna.
