22 Truffle Sauce for fillings

Minced truffle and mushrooms for dried or stuffed pasta. The classic truffle sauce, but with a recipe developed specifically for pasta factories.

The grinding and fragrance of the product have been designed for stuffed fresh or frozen pasta, so that the taste and flavor or truffle retains even when baked. Respect to the classical truffle sauce it contains a greater percentage of truffle (22%).

Storage: store in a cool and dry place. Once opened store in the refrigerator (+2° / +7° C), close with the cap provided.

Dosage recommended: depending on the degree and intensity of truffle taste and flavor required.
